Access codes are used only for PK–12 school portraits. They allow you to securely access your child's online gallery, view their images, and place an order.
To request a new access code, simply use our Access Code Lookup tool. Enter the requested information, and if we're able to match your student's information, we'll send a new access code to the email address associated with your account.
If you don't receive an email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't locate your access code, contact Iron City Studios and we'll be happy to help.
Looking for Sports or Event Photos?
Sports and event galleries do not use access codes.
To find your gallery, visit ironcitystudios.com/order-photos and select your school, team, or event from the list.
Need access to an older sports or event gallery? Email frontdesk@ironcitystudios.com and our team will be happy to check whether the gallery is still available.

Once you've received your access code, consider saving it in your email or taking a screenshot. If you decide to order additional prints or gifts later, you'll be able to return to your child's gallery quickly without requesting another code.
