Whether you selected your favorite pose during your studio appointment or plan to choose later from your online gallery, taking a few minutes to verify your selection helps ensure the portrait you want is the one your classmates will see for years to come.
If You Selected Your Yearbook Portrait During Your Session
Many seniors choose their favorite yearbook pose before leaving the studio.
If you made your selection during your appointment, we'll record that choice in our system.
Even so, we strongly recommend logging into your online gallery when it becomes available on September 1 to verify that your preferred image is still selected.
You may discover another favorite after seeing your complete gallery, and you'll still have the opportunity to change your selection before the deadline.
If You Haven't Made Your Selection Yet
When your online gallery opens on September 1, simply log in and choose the portrait you'd like submitted for your school's yearbook.
All yearbook portrait selections must be made by September 30.
We encourage seniors to make their selection as soon as possible rather than waiting until the final days of the selection period.
If Your Session Is After Your School's Yearbook Deadline
Each school establishes its own deadline for submitting senior yearbook portraits.
If your portrait session takes place after your school's published deadline, it becomes the student's responsibility to communicate directly with the yearbook advisor regarding any late submissions.
While we'll process your portraits as quickly as possible, Iron City Studios cannot guarantee that late portraits or selections will be accepted after your school's deadline.
Acceptance of late submissions is determined entirely by your school.
