Most school picture orders are processed and leave our lab within 7–10 business days.
During our busiest season—July through September, when school portraits and senior photography are at their peak—processing may take up to two weeks before your order leaves our lab. We appreciate your patience during these busy months as our team carefully prepares every order.
Whenever possible, orders are shipped with tracking information. Once your package leaves our lab, delivery times are determined by the U.S. Postal Service or the shipping carrier. While we do our best to process and ship orders quickly, we're unable to guarantee delivery dates once a package is in transit.

Need your pictures by a specific date? We recommend placing your order as early as possible—especially during our busiest season from July through September. Ordering early helps ensure your pictures arrive well before holidays, gifts, or other special occasions.
