To this end, we’re leading the way in school data management, with 85 checkpoints to ensure the data is correct and the ability to integrate with several different data management models, including those used by public and private schools. We understand the importance of accurate data, and we’re very, very good at it.

• We do the customer service

  The last thing a school’s busy administrative staff wants to do is field parent phone calls about pictures. To be honest, it’s the last thing we want, too. So, we handle all the customer service ourselves. In fact, after taking the photos on the school property, the school is pretty much out of the picture. Because that’s the way it should be.

  We’ve been doing this for a while and have gained invaluable insight into how the process works and how we can streamline it with technology. We’re 100 percent digital, which is why we can manage customer service, fill orders, process payments, and produce detailed reports without having to coordinate with the already overworked school administration.
